1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flowkon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Services
Flowkon provides services including connection automation, campaign management, and analytics. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
4. Subscriptions and Free Trial
Flowkon services are billed on a subscription basis. All new users are eligible for a 7-day free trial, which applies only to the first subscription for your account. If you start a second subscription under the same account, charges will begin immediately upon activation of the new subscription.
Once you choose a subscription plan, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the free trial, unless you cancel before the trial expires. Unless canceled or terminated, subscriptions will automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same duration as initially chosen. Subsequent payments will be collected on the same day of each period as the initial payment.
Adding or removing seats under an existing subscription will result in a prorated adjustment, which will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
The payment method provided must be valid and accurate. If the payment method fails, your subscription may be terminated. By providing billing information, you authorize Flowkon to automatically collect the subscription fees on a recurring basis.
The subscription continues until terminated either by you or by Flowkon. You may terminate at any time and resume the subscription later under the same terms, while retaining your stored data.
5. Subscription Fee Changes
Flowkon reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. Users will be informed in advance and given the option to continue using the product at the new rate or terminate their subscription. However, if a promotional discount expires, no additional reminder will be sent.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to support@flowkon.io. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process after approval.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by Flowkon or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
- You must not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
- You must not distribute harmful content, viruses, or malware.
- You must respect the rights, privacy, and safety of other users.
- You must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
9. Subscription and Recurring Payments
If you subscribe to any recurring services, you authorize Flowkon to charge your selected payment method automatically at regular intervals. You may cancel subscriptions at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
10. Privacy and Data Usage
Flowkon collects and uses personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
Flowkon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. You use the services at your own risk.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowkon, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.
14. Changes to Terms
Flowkon may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
